MEMBERS:

 

I’m not receiving emails from the club.

Send an email to scorpionsproshop@gmail.com with the email address you’d like added, your player’s full name, playing age, birthday (for verification), and team/Coach’s name (if known).

 

I have a problem with my online account.

For all billing, log-in, name changes and other issues associated with your membership, please send a description of the problem to scorpionsproshop@gmail.com.

 

How long should I expect to wait after I email a request?

We typically handle all concerns/requests within 2 working days.  If you do not receive confirmation or see that the challenge has been resolved, please re-send an email to let us know.  Unfortunately, during peak demand times, emails can get buried.  We sincerely apologize in advance if you experience this inconvenience.

 

I’m unhappy and would like to speak with a manager?

We want to hear from you!  Please send all details to springscorpions@gmail.com.  A Manager will reach out to you as quickly as possible.  For all in-game player concerns (play time, player positions, batting line-ups, etc.) we will wait at least 24 hours to respond per our parent agreement.  We also do not discuss in-game player concerns on Mondays or the day following a tournament.   

 

I need to purchase gear/uniforms/spirit wear/a helmet/pro shop items.

Our Pro Shops are fully stocked and open at the beginning of each season on a specified day.  Additionally, we keep them open in the evenings of the first week of each season AND periodically throughout the season (you’ll be notified of these days via email).  For all items needed at times other than these, please send an email of what you would like to scorpionsproshop@gmail.com.  Items will be pulled and placed in a bag for you to pickup at whichever facility you’d like.  We’ll communicate the details with you via email.

 

 

 

NON-MEMBERS:

When are Youth (6U-14U) Tryouts?

Before the Spring/Summer and Fall Seasons, we hold open tryouts for all teams.  Dates for these are posted on our website and social media.  We also post individual age and team tryouts on the top page of our website as needed.  For a private tryout, please text Wade @ 713.459.4497.

 

When are High School Showcase Team Tryouts?

These tryouts are held in December/January for the Summer Teams and in July/August for the Fall Teams.  We must register and pay for HS tournaments and Showcases months in advance.  Early Tryouts also allow plenty of time to have uniforms and hats ready for players when we begin.  For a private tryout, please text Wade @ 713.459.4497.
